Oprah’s Favorite Things: Noel

Still wondering what to get for friends and family for Christmas? What better way to grobanize them than to give them Noel, which has been topping the classical crossover charts? Listed as one of Oprah’s favorite things, Noel features tranditional Christmas classics, some lesser knowns and an original composition. For the record, my favourites are Thankful and Petit Papa Noël. This Christmas, bring the warmth and holiday spirit home with Noel.

In case your friends aren’t the Christmas carols type, then get them Josh’s (in my opinion) coming-of-age album, Awake, while the limited fan club CD/DVD edition with exclusive songs is still in stock.

Update: Billboard.com reports that “in a week where every top 10 album shifted more than 100,000 units, Josh Groban’s “Noel” (143/Reprise) zooms 6-2 with a 93% increase to 223,000.” Woohoo! Fingers crossed that as Christmas draws nearer, Josh will snag the top spot!
